1. Exchange Policy

At Wear & Shine, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive an item with an incorrect size, defective stitching, or damaged fabric, you can request an exchange within 4 days of receiving your parcel.

2. Exchange Conditions

• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original pristine condition.
• All original brand tags, labels, and packaging must remain intact.
• Exchange requests must be submitted within 4 days of parcel delivery.
• Items on clearance or final sale are eligible for size exchanges subject to stock availability.

3. How to Request an Exchange

1. Take a clear picture or video of the received item and tags.
2. Send a WhatsApp message to our official support at +92 300 2421599 with your Order Number (e.g. WS-XXXXXXXX-XXXX) and reason for exchange.
3. Our team will inspect and approve the request within 24 hours and arrange the exchange parcel.
